I asked for inclusion in August, while repeating Kindergarten. Both teacher and principal disagreed, saying that Jaden isn't ready. I kinda figured that would happen. Slighty irritated, not at all surprised, tired of lazy people.
I didn't sign.
For the month of May, she will be included for 45 minutes every morning, to see how she does. We will meet again after that.

I watched Autism: the Musical and one of the boys on that was being denied inclusion. I didn't realize how common that was. I hope she does good in the classroom. Keep us posted about how she does.
