Potty training!

I admit that I have put potty training off for months. JadenGrace has been ready for a long while but I kept waiting for two-three whole days where I didn't have any appointments or commitments so we wouldn't be interrupted. Ha! Those days never came! Until now. Today and tomorrow we are home--Jaden is off school and Saturday is usually our day of rest. (If you don't count dishes and laundry.) So I determined that we are going to succeed in two days. I got the gluten free cookies out of the freezer and promised a piece for every time she put the stuff in the right place! It didn't happen once! Jaden seems to not feel comfortable letting her urine out in the potty or in undies. So I decided to not put a diaper on her all day. Even at naptime I put her in undies and put her to bed with lots of padding. She wet her bed. I can hear some of you saying, "no kidding?" :o) She wet her panties twice--so a total of three times today. Not nearly enough. I suppose it's good news that she can hold it so long. I did put a diaper on her for bedtime and I could almost read her mind--"oh, yeah, finally!"
That girl keeps me young, I tell ya.
