Started HBOT

We started Hyperbaric Oxygen treatment this past week. We were able to do three 'dives'. I went in with Jaden the first time and that evening she had some pretty normal eye contact and joint attention. I would catch her looking at me after reading every sentence in a funny book. It always amazes me when I see her acting totally typical but it usually only lasts a short time. I call them my mini-miracles. Glimpses of what will be in the future. One of these times she will begin to do totally typical things and never stop. :o)
The 2nd time we went, Morgan went in with her and I left to get some groceries. I got a phone call pretty quickly and heard Jaden crying in the backround. Morgan said she was 'freaking out' and wanted me. I had to tell them that there was no choice--no getting out early unless someone was bleeding or some such thing! They had to endure and thankfully, Jaden settled down pretty quickly after that. The third time, I went with her and we watched some short shows and played. She did much better.
Her behaviors are up and down. I think the HBOT, while doing a bunch of great things, also causes yeast to flare for some reason. We started Nystatin today to help that, and prayerfully it will work soon!
I am tired! Need a beach vacation. Even a beach day would be nice. Trying to not feel left out and uncared for.
