Cloth diaper vacation

We have used cloth diapers on Jaden for about a year. These are easy diapers, no pins but snaps--all-in-ones so no plastic pants. They are made of light fleece so they are SO soft, too. AND they hold stuff as well or better than disposables. They also come in neat colors. SHHH Jaden has hot pink! If you are convinced to try cloth diapering now, they are called FuzziBuns. Our usual routine is to wash at night when Jaden goes to bed, and then hang to dry. In the morning (I always try to get up before anyone else so they don't figure out I am truly a grumpy person) I stuff the diapers and they are ready for the day....
Yesterday I was at WalMart looking for slippers for her little feet. I went over to the baby section, just to 'look', and put a bag of disposables in the cart. I decided to take a cloth diaper vacation. No more washing at night and jumping out of bed at 1 am remembering that I forgot to hang the Fuzzi's!
I don't like disposables. They are hard. And crinkly. And most of the time they leak. And they are a waste of money. And space. But I am *still* using them on vacation this week. And I will not feel badly about it. I need a rest.
On another note, JadenGrace said 'hot' yesterday. (or was it the day before? and did I already share that with you?) So then when we were reading a book, she saw a silly child with a hat on his head. (It was actually a triangle on his head since the book was about shapes but....) and I said "hat", thinking she might get it mixed up with the new word she learned earlier, and say "hot" But my baby said "hat" :O) (well it was more like "hhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaTTTTT) but still.....
I hear her in her bed screeching....time to get on with our day....prayers for patience and retention of skills appreciated!
